Here at Helmut the Jeweler we realize that even the simple or smallest of repairs are still of the utmost importance to our customer. Therefore, we treat all items with equal respect, returning each repair to our customer as quickly as possible. The quick turnaround of our repairs is achieved by providing state-of-the-art equipment located on premises. Most jewelry repairs are performed in 3 to 10 working days. To ensure proper operation, each watch is tested for one week on a wrist simulator. All watch repair is performed in under 3 weeks.
